Randy Meador
Randy Meador is a celebrated western artist from Saint Jo. He says he owes his art career to former British Prime Minister Winston Churchill. While reading a Churchill biography in 1991, he meditated on Churchill’s word, “When I paint, nothing else exists.” Randy began that day. Today his work is found in oil, watercolor, murals, and sculpture across the US and Europe, and includes three monuments.
His animated and unorthodox stage presentations make him a popular museum lecturer and event speaker. He also teaches a popular watercolor workshop every year, third weekend in October, in Saint Jo.

Randy is a University of Oklahoma graduate and actively supports US veteran groups around the country.

We are thrilled to host his work on the square in Saint Jo, Texas at the Davis & Blevins Gallery.
